Unhappy Customer

I was not happy with service I have received at Checkers Newcastle Mall. Reference number: ***. They contacted me on Monday we agreed that I will come on Friday to collect 2kg of Chakalaka wors because the one I bought was off. I was at Checkers asked for the guy name Marias by the Butchery and they told me he already left for the day. I explained my story why i was there , they said I should come back the next day not late. Imagine the petrol that i spent driving to the Mall from Madadeni because we agreed with the Manager who contacted me that I will come to the store on Friday 05/11/2021. I was dissapointed that nobody could assist me. What a terrible service.
