Unhappy customer

I went to checkers Pavillion to withdraw and buy few things and the lady at till when I asked to withdraw she told me and my friend that I was going with that the card system are not working and I asked her in all the tills or hers specifically and amshe answered all of them I can go withdraw at pick and pay or ATM of which I found very odd and disturbing since she just referred me to their competition of which annoyed me and honestly the service was so Irritating and Im so disappointed if this how checkers treats their customers I literally have no words the way I was angry couldn't even ask for a manager worse I saw another gentleman usind his card to pay so I couldn't really understand because I always go to checkers and I've never had such issue.
