Unhappy Customer

It is such a nightmare to withdraw money from your store. I'm not sure if it's only in Heidelberg or what? Whenever I want to withdraw money the teller first need to ask the supervisor to bring her some money and the attitude of those supervisors is so disgusted. It's like you're asking to withdraw from their personal accounts. Sometimes they even tell me with an angry face to go to another till, after standing so long already in my que. I then have to WAIT for the other teller to finish 1 to 2 people in her que. SO FRASTRATING!!! The managers is just as rude from that store, no sense of what is customer service. I guess you can expect anything better from the supervisors, hey. Maybe you should consider sending them to Woolworths training. Please let me know what is the procedure drawing money at your tills in your stores, maybe then I will know not to get frastrated by them. Another thing that I've picked up, if you google to see what their closing time is, it gives you the wrong time. Everytime when I get there the shop is already closed. Either the times are wrong on the website and not updated or they're closing earlier then they should.
