Unhappy customer

<p> On Tuesday last week, the 27th of June I went to a Checkers in Klipfontein, Witbank, to do a bit of shopping. When I got home I realised that there were two items I paid for of which I had no idea how they got there and to my Surprise they were also not in my plastic bags. I went back to find out how can they assist me as one of their cashier has been negligent. I was told that I will get my refund but first they need to check their surveillance camera. I was promised a call on that day latest the following day in the morning by their trainee manager. I'm still waiting for the call till today and it's been a week full.</p>
