Unhappy and irate customer

I received an SMS on birthday which was on the 21 February 2026 to go swipe 40g Kitkat at checkers using Xtra saving which was valid for 14 days, however when i sent my son to go swipe the KitKat on Friday the o6th March 2026 @15:56 at Checkers Kwena Square,I was waiting for him at the parking lot since I haven't been feeling well the whole of this week,however he was told the message already expired.This is the poor service I have ever received at Checkers Kwena Square,please check the message below that I received on my birthday and tell me if I am imagining things or not.I couldn't go inside the store since I was not well and in my Pj's at the parking lot.
