Unfriendly Cashier

Good day

On Sunday 30 April 2023 around 11H28 I was at Checkers Hyper Rustenburg. At the till point I was served by Kumetso who was just rude and unfriendly. We greeted and she never responded, she was also not happy when I asked her to wipe dry the till point service area. I even told her to was coming across unhelpful.... still no reply. I then told her to rather resign if she is so unhappy at work, still no response. Even when I reported her to the senior she was unapologetic and rude, not a single word came from her mouth. Anyway I paid and picked my groceries, as I was getting ready to leave the next customer approached. Her service was consistent, unfriendly. Clearly not interested in her work and by the look of it forced to be at work. I stood there baffled by what happened, Clearly the competitors have the best Cashiers. Going forward, I will spend my money at Pick n Pay and not Checkers. Checkers can send their cashiers to Pick n Pay Platinum Square for training. I refuse to be treated with such hostility by a Checkers employee. Thank you
