Unfriendly and unhelpful

Today I visited Checkers Riverside Mall in Nelspruit to purchase some goods. To my dismay, I wanted to buy cold meats, and was standing at the counter, with all the staff working there ignoring my presence. I had to request for someone to assist me. They did not greet either. Upon requesting them what I wanted, they wanted to give me cold meet that have turned brown. I said that I did not want those, as it looked off, upon which they rep**** that I have to take it because it was all they had. I approached the Manager Louis, whom was so unfriendly and not in the mood to have the discussion, advising that he has a shortage of staff and that they did not cut the fresh cold meets. He asked though whether they could cut for me, but I was so put off by the face of the display of the off cold meat and his unfriendly manner, that I just walk out of the store.
