Unfairly treated and violation of my body

I went to checkers at shoprite complex in Welkom Arrad street today during my lunch time around 13:00 pm after making a purchase as I was about to exit the door the security guy called me and said there is a lady looking for me at the back and I was like okay as I work in a financial institution I just assumed maybe that lady wanted to ask about our financial products. So I went in there and I was told to raise my hands and the security lady started to search me without even telling me what made her to think I might be a suspect of shoplifting. I am really disappointed and I felt like me being searched in a small space full of people and there is no social distance and we are in a middle of a Pandemic and none of them where able to answer me why I was there. I asked for a manager even them where not able to explain to me?They said I should wait for the lady to come and explain and hence nothing was found on me while being searched. I am really disappointed.
