Unfair treatment

Checkers the Glen mall is just something else. My sister was told that she is an accessory to a crime that took place on the 23rd of November 2021, nothing was done since November and their excuse is that they were investigating the crim. If that is the case they should have provided a charge sheet and the evidence they've gathered since then but she was told she'll be booked a hearing. My problem is that if she was under any sort of investigation she should have been notified when it started and if she was an accessory like they say they could have fired her on the spot!
