Unfair delivery fee of R 99

I want to know why i am paying R99 for delivery as they are also false advertising on tv. Not telling people that it only works from R350.

This is not fair as i order a lot from Checkers and this for me is not at all user friendly to keep on paying R99 each month.

But every order charged for R35 delivery.
