<p>On Saturday morning I went to Chatsworth Centre Medi-rite pharmacy for medication. As I stood in a long queue to be served, as I awaited my turn I noticed two female shoppers who were grumbling & shopping with a script, about the long queue & going to another pharmacy but it would be very inconvenient etc. I then noticed a female security attired in grey uniform & a grey scarf from the store who then spoke to these two shoppers & took their script, cuts the queue & goes across to the two assistants in the pharmacy & tells them "get this for me fast" so the lady administering medication tells her the queue is long & we are busy, to which the security then says "it's for my mother in law," when the next assistant Valentino looks at the script & says "your mother in law is on a diet?" From this I gauged that it wasn't urgent medication which I needed but some weight loss suppressant. This security was behaving like a bully & ordering these assistants to attend to her & her "contacts" script. By then I was served & too unwell to complain to anyone because I knew it won't help the poor & ailing pensioners in the queue anyway. I'm extremely appalled at such behaviour from staff. It is totally ********* for staff to behave this way. Bad enough was a long queue, few assistants/cashiers & then you cut the queue & lie, what happen to staff morals, ethics, human values? Being a security you suppose to protect & stop ********* behaviour but the irony here is that the security guard herself contravened protocol. If this is a practice at a popular establishment then I'm disgusted at the kind of training being instructed for staff development. When I mentioned this incident to my family & friends they said this sort of behaviour is very common at this store. When a shopper trangresses there's always excellent footage so in the same way I request you to access footage and view this despicable behaviour. </p>
