Undermined and disrespected

Today I went to checkers in Rivonia to withdraw money, queued so i can be assisted, de cashier greeted me with a smile ( she was very nice) and asked me if she can help, I told her I need to withdraw an amount of R800 and she explained that she did not have money since she had just been to drop and told me she will call a supervisor to find whose got that amount of money so I can be assisted, she called the supervisor and asked if there's anyone with money but the supervisor looked at me once and ignored me, I stood the waiting to be acknowledged but she continued talking to other people, the people she was with left and she was called again but she walked away then I decided to walk around asking the other cashiers myself until I found one who was still busy helping someone else so I had to wait my turn, while I'm waiting the the very same supervisor walks up to cashier with a white lady and a card in her hand and asks if that cashier has enough money for that lady to withdraw. Immediately I look at her and tel her that was she is doing is wrong as I've been asking her to help me but she didn't but now she is bringing this lady to very same cashier whose supposed to help me to be assisted before me! She lookedat me rolled her eyes and asked the cashier to help that lady and walked away.... I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life and even when i spoke to the manager and asked if she can apologize she looked down on me and said "sorry sistas". The supervisors name is Nokwazi, she was not even wearing a name badge
