Undercooked but steaming!

Checkers Vergelegen Plein Somerset West Rotisserie chicken has twice been purchased from Checkers. On both occasions, they were found to be seriously undercooked. As this could be discovered only when cutting the chicken into pieces, it was too late to return. When the same thing happened weeks later, I emailed my complaint to the company, followed by a reminder query. After two automated responses from the Shoprite Checkers Customer Care Team, assuring me of feedback from an assistant, I have given up on any attention. Fed up! There should not even be ONE star in the rating! #BlackFriday + many others!
