UNCIVIL CHECKERS SECURITY BEHAVIOUR

I did a refund this afternoon and the cashier at the Information Desk kept the Refund Receipt, as I exited the store, my items in my trolley beeped at the door and I must say I have NEVER and I mean NEVER BEEN SO HUMILATED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, it's so upsetting and unprofessional how the security MILICENT treated me at the door. She made me feel like a ******** and the way she spoke to me was uncalled for, she's very impudent. MILICENT insisted with her nasty attitude that I fetch my receipt drawing all the attention from everyone in the store, the other lady beeped as well but she let her go, WHAT IS THAT ! I'm not HAPPY about this at all. Securities like MILICENT need training, they need to know how to communicate with customers in a respectful manner.
