Unacceptable service during offline system

`I have been at your checkers at the Village Shopping Center in Horison. Apparently, the whole system is off, and only cash is accepted. This really is not a problem. The problem is that all the managers and supervisors are hiding in their offices and do not communicate with the customers. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes just to be told the system was off line when we reached the front.

There is NO customer service, NO management commitment, NO communication. This is unacceptable.
