unacceptable service
I visited Checkers Columnbine branch and received absolutely unacceptable service. I paid cash at the kiosk counter and the teller had horrible customer service. I was not offered a plastic bag for my goods and when I asked for one I had to pack the goods in myself. Whilst packing my goods, a 2l of coke happened to fall on the floor and one of the staff standing near by thought it was very funny to laugh at a customer instead of assisting me. I will NEVER shop at this branch again and I will inform my family and friends of the horrific service I have received.
