Unacceaptable service

Why can't you just be consistent? Why does there always have to be an issue with orders? Worst of all, why does your HELP DESK not help?? No one has ever got back to me ever on your help platform and that service is just unacceptable?

I queried an order ***5 which got cancelled because of their payment portal, reordered order ***3 and my exact same order was R90 more?

If someone could please get back to me on why you are *****ing from me, I would appreciate it.
