UN educated

Checkers New Market mall, i am amazed at how many companies fail to train there staff any more. It is also curious to see how few South Africans can actually not count. Why does checkers waist their time with a ten or less item ques. every time i visit the store I have had to wait due to the fact that some teller and client cant count. can you not control or educate your staff to count and also turn people away from the till point if they have more than 10 items
