Turn around time on refund to be processed

I won't be using this app again based on product availability as most of my items were out of stock and the turn around time for my refunds. Delivery time was not an issue. Tried it the app twice. First order, half my items were out of stock. I called after 3 days to check on the refund. I was told it takes between 3 to 5 working days. Refund was done on the 5th day. This info should be mentioned in their app somewhere. Second order, I called in to query a refund on the pre authorization amount taken and get told it will now take up to 10 working days to refund. Gosh this is so inconvient honestly. I would rather order from pnp or woolies and wait a few days for delivery rather than waiting for my money to be refunded.
