turn around time

I have been asking checkers hyper Eden Meander in George for assisting me regards to the money transfer facility whereby the pin for transaction was forgotten. I have been visiting the shop 3 times and call the shop several times been told that it is the head office; the system has change from last year that is why they delay. Please help me its my last money deposited on the 26/11/2017
