Trolleys Really!!!!

Its Black Friday. Awesome Specials. Its busy, yes. People are going to bump into you , yes. Checkers are going to run out of stock, yes. All of this is understandable. A Security Guard telling you that you are not allowed to take the trolley beyond the doors is unreasonable. Firstly, I have a small trolley and because its small I am not allowed to take it out of Checkers. But if you have a big trolley its fine you can take it. How is it my problem that you are running out of trolleys. How can you expect someone to carry 10kg HTH, Soft drinks and all of your shopping. Secondly, the rude manner in which the security guard did this is uncalled for. There was no professionalism, no manners, not giving you a chance to speak at all. And then he holds onto your trolley as if you are a *****. When you leave with everything under your arms, in your hands, letting things slip on the way. Having to pick it up as you go. You see other people with the same trolleys passing you by. Please tell me how do you choose who can pass and who can not. Aren't all the consumers suppose to be treated the same. I have no words to describe the manner in which this was handled.
