Trolley pushers with a god-like complex

Are your trolley pushers trained to think they're above your clients? I buy my groceries regularly from your Northgate branch. As walked out of the mall (Dischem exit), I noticed your trolley pushers coming in with a bunch of trolleys. I tried to walk fast to get out as I would get stuck waiting for them to come in as there's only 1 entrance due to covid. They refused to slow down and almost knocked the trolleys into me! I looked at the guy and he just stared with an attitude. What if he caused an injury? Are they not trained on courtesy and etiquette? Is this how you treat your clients? If this is the case then I'll change PnP. Thanks.
