treatment of staff=service delivery

Good day all<br> Today in Checkers I had the privilege for the second time to witness how this branch manager treats his staff...<br> <br> I find it hard to believe that the employees are happy in their working environment. I am just one of the million customers they have yet I've witnessed twice how the employees got shouted into tears and feel this is unacceptable and not the proper way to deal with your employees. I expect that this matter shall be dealt with by the top management as the treatment of your staff has a direct result of your service delivery.
