TREATED WITH ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT @ MONEY MARKET

Went to Checkers Store in Honeydew to collect money which was due to my wife, from the "Money Market" at approx 18h15 We had the SmS from the person, which included Reference Number & PIN Number and amount We took my wife's Green bar coded ID with us. On arrival we explained to the staff member that we were here to collect the money sent to us. We showed her the SMS, and she called it up on the system, and it was there. We gave her my wife's ID book, and we were instructed to enter Reference number & PIN number - which we did! Next thing that happened "blew our minds" as this staff member would not hand us the money, INSTEAD demanded to know who paid in the money!!!. We showed her the SMS we received from Thembie, but she arrogantly told us that this is not the person who put the money in!!!!! I than informed her that this was all the information we had via the SMS and that we did not know Thembie's surname (We have only known her as Thembie) She than became very aggressive and would not budge I looked for a manager, behold "There was no-one!" Than another staff member came to the cashier, and in their own language started talking to each other?? I told this staff member, that why did we need the name of the person, as this was not told to us on the SMS we received, when all other "Checks & Balances" were in place??? She could not answer this except to tell us to phone Thembie, from our Cell Phone. We gave our cell to the staff member who spoke to the woman on the other side (This was apparently Thembie's sister) which also now became an issue. I got upset and cross and told her to give us our money so that we can get out of the shop, which reluctantly she did, stating that next time we better make sure that we have the name and surname of the person paying the money!!@@@###$

Where was the manager during this time, "Hell Who knows", but for us as pensioners, the manner we were treated was totally none caring and they did not care a Damn! - In Fact we were made to feel like we were ********* - very embarrassing

Never will you see us at this Checkers ever again.
