TREAT ALL YOUR CHECKERS BRANCHES WITH THE SAME DEGREE OF IMPORTANCE

This is the first time I am compelled to go to Hello Peter express my discontent with service at Checkers. The Reservoir Hills Branch has suddenly of recent decreased drastically in customer care and service. The change in staff has resulted in sloven service and I am now compelled to visit other branches of Checkers. I trust that Checkers will place the interest of the customer first and retrain the present staff at Reservoir Hills Branch. I have tried on repeated occasions to get through to the hotline without any success!!!
