Trading Hours and Poor service by Management

Let me start my saying that I love the Checkers Hyper in Brackenfell. That said, I have now been found wanting twice by the advertised trading hours on their app. I have reported it twice, and both times the Managers there have pointed out to me that the times are incorrect (after I told them it was a problem). Then they do nothing about it. The security guard at the entrance told me that lots of people come for the 08h00 opening, only to be turned away because Checkers opens at 09h00. Whilst I can appreciate the error with the trading hours, the management were pathetic (uncaring and didn't take me seriously) when dealing with me. Fix this urgently Checkers, its affecting lots of customers!!
