Total *******!!!

14th August purchased Intercape bus ticket at Cresta, same day at 7pm tried to return bus ticket as my galfriend couldn't leave anymore. Was told I couldn't get refund and I must contact Intercape for refund. Intercape also wouldn't give me a refund, only transfer of ticket to another date. Changes had to be done that nyt or I would lose the ticket. I couldn't give them a date as I wouldn't know when my galfriend would feel better. This meant I lost out on R279 for the ticket. Why is checkers selling intercape tickets if there is no refund process in place??? Intercape your t&c state refund can be given but when I called I was told a different story??? Do u feel it's fair you pocket people's monies even when they dont use your services??? Disgusting attitude to the people who pay your salaries
