Torn Pencil bag

On the 16th of January 2024, I bought a nice pencil bag for my daughter for school at Checkers Hyper at Somerset Mall. It is the 7th of February 2024 and the pencil bag has torn along the edge and it is beyond repair. I am, to say the least very disappointed. I know that R89 is not a lot of money to some people, but it was money spent on a product that I thought would at least last more than let's see 22 days. She is upset because it is a "cool" pencil case that she picked out herself. I am upset because this is not what I expected from the products at Somerset Mall.
