Too much paper work for unprofessional management

Checkers westgate mall is by far the worst store in western cape, I cringe at the thought of having to go there sometimes. the staff including the management is all very unprofessional and very unfriendly.

I visited the store on 26 January 2024 just after 15:00 they offer a service to withdraw cash but it's like this people get upset with you when you ask to withdraw cash. im asking to withdraw my OWN MONEY which this is a service they supposed to provide. all you get told is , sorry we don't have money , but yet the store was open from 08:00 am already.
