To many employees on the shop floor

I am a regular shopper at Checkers , but have found that lately there is more employees on the floor than shoppers. i know the 60 min shoppers are also paying customers but surely there should be a different way of doing this. As well as staff filling up shelfs ,cant this be done before the store opens or after it is closes. Its over crowded and no space for us customers to move.
