Tired of bad attitude

This Saturday that passed, I went into Checkers to get some stuff in a bit of a rush, I didn't get a chance to look at the lady's name tag but she was at the express til, number 1. The time this happened was 17:02.So I put my basket onto the counter, I greeted her & she just looks at me as if she doesn't know what to do so I put my hands out & asked her \and now?\" so she went ahead cashing my items, of which was 2 2L cool drinks & 4 bags of cat food.I told her give me packets please, which she ignored. Eventually she just threw the packets aside. So I asked her & who's going to pack this? I would of done it if her attitude was fine but with that kind of attitude just ****ed me off totally. There was a guy standing behind us, I don't know who he was or what his name was but I said to him this woman's attitude stinks, shes got a damn nerve. I'm so tired of having to deal with people like this, its actually getting sickening. Day after day we have to encounter people with attitude problems, does Checkers not teach their employees customer service? Its not something you want to encounter on a good day, these people just know how to put you in a bad mood."
