Poor service received at checkers Sunning hill on Sunday the 17th of April 2016 at 14h04 ,on Sat 16/04/2016 i bought goods at the cost of R 164.79 and requested a cash back of R330 transaction ref no :*** , the cashier gave me R200 note , R100 note ,R20 note and R10 note. i did not check the money until i had to pay the taxi fare and the driver advised me that the money is ****, I went back to the store i had no money to go back home .found there the lady who was the floor manager on Sunday and they were not willing to help saying that they cannot prove that they gave me the **** money and i gave her the transaction ref no to check who was the cashier she was not interested and said she cant find that transaction on the system y. On the 18th of April i went back to the store spoke to the Branch manager Charmaine she advised that she will do the investigation and after a while she called me to inform me that did asked the cashier if she did followed the procedure when issuing the money to the customer and she agreed but no proof coz the cctv cameras were not facing that till on that day and they cant prove that the money issue to me was real or not so they cannot refund me
