Ticket booking

I have intended to an Intercape ticket in Checkers for Tuesday, the 5th. The teller kept making mistakes on my ticket which led to making a refund. The second time I thought she had took all the correct information however, she booked a ticket for Tuesday, the 12th. I have to go home by tomorrow morning and I have just noticed the ticket this evening. What am I supposed to do now?
