Ticket 504479

on the 02 Feb bought a tray of Bernini and cashier scanned each pack, I inquired this to checkers, I got a Ticket 504479, I did inform them that I work 9-6 sometimes later chances of me going into the liquor store are not an option they told me the liquor store doesn't have a manager the store manager will assist me P. van der Westhuizen, I got to the store they told me the manager knocks off at 5 spoke to Thabile she said she will speak to the manager, will need to come again, I did go and they told me they will have to do a refund without me, she called me on 14/02/2021 that I can come in Monday they will scan and the money will be kept when I come in will have to sign the for the refund, yesterday went to the store no one knew anything about it and Thabile is on leave apparently the manager that was there she says she will address it with the manager but it is best if I wait for Thabile since she was busy with this escaltion. It's almost the end of the month been doing up and down traveling to checkers for nothing now will have for Thabile that will come at the end of the month. can someone assist with this because I'm not traveling to checkers again to hear more stories, it is a waste of petrol, I'm very disappointed with this service can someone please assist with this
