Threat of violence by shoprite staff yo a customer

I an concerned with the customer service a thisbparticualr shoprite outlet, the tonkmeter junction outlet which i visited a between 2pm and 3 pm on the 11 April2021. I wanted to buy doughnuts which were availableon the shelves but was told that i cannot buy them. The gentleman at the bakery could not explain the reason properly. I went to find out from the stand in manager who went to find out from the bakery stuff. A lady, who is one of the barley stuff came into the conversation and made a loud noise telling me she will not sell me the doughnuts and i should go away otherwise she will call security to remove me citing reserved right of admission. My concern here is that as a customer i was being threatened with violence simply because i complained about unsatisfactory service. I do not know if this is the training that shoprite gives to its township based staff and if it is i would like to ask them to reconsider this position as it may threaten the safety of customers. My understanding is that security personnel are called as a matter of last resort and when there is an indication of potential crime or violence not when a customer is raising a simple complaint.
