Thousands of complaints no replies.

Why is it that I see absolutely no replies on any of these complaints. I just had another experience with the app.... trying to order something, it split my order in two... adding the toiletpaper to the Checkers Hyper basket and now I need to fill that basket with items up to R350 just to order ***papier. Come on I need the toiletpapier to wipe my phone every time I receive ****ty service from Checkers 60/60....

And for F sake.... make an effort and reply to the complaints. Seems like Checkers have this.... "***** you bunch of whiners" attitude.
