This is unacceptable!!

I ordered on the app, parcels arrived, firstly all of the packaging is broken, the bleach spray i ordered was not in a plastic bag, it was open! Leaked on my newborns dippers and on medication in the bag .. The cap was completely loose. The driver was friendly but his answer was that he's just the driver and cant do anything about it..
