******* at checkers beware

I went to checkers Northgate to buy airtime and of course I then go home to load the voucher and it wont accept the pin no . So i go back to checkers after phoning vodacom to be told that it was for 350 mbps not the 1 gig i had purchased. To be told they do not refund on this item . I left and emailed customer care and got an email back saying the regional manager would phone me ( still waiting ) for that call i the mean time the fool from the store phones and says i must return the slip and get a refund . Which i do for the 3rd time to be told in a rather rude fashion that they want the voucher . I had tossed it after being told no refunds . I then emailed them again as the toll free no isn't working die to covid . To be told the regional manager would phone me . I wont hold my breath for that call . Basically this is ***** as i paid for something and didn't get ir5
