During July 2020, Lockdown Level 5, my family including myself got Corona Virus. I ordered groceries on several occasions using the Sixty60 App. When using my FNB card, I received my money back that Checkers takes in advance, but when I order from Capitec bank, I received no refund. Checkers owes me almost R400. I reported it to Checkers Monument. They never return calls. When I called again, they said that they had escalated my request to H/O. To this day no-one has had the decency to call me. *******!!!
