They do not need your money

I placed an order today @15:08 and chose the time slot 16:00-17:00. Just after 17:00 I checked if my order was at least shopped. NOTHING. I wrote an e-mail questioning what is happening. Waited 20 minutes after no reply and called their help centre. The lady told me that according to their system delivery is for the NEXT day (tomorrow). I told her that is not true, I have a screen shot that says ETA 17:00. Not tomorrow, today @ 17:00. She then told me that she will send me a screenshot of HER system that shows it is for tomorrow!!! What utter nonsense! Where is client/customer service. I have used them right from the start when they started their service. A few late orders, but I guess, THEY do not need your monies. Rather support someone else then. I cancelled my order and be gone Checkers!!
