Their products are going from bad to worst.

We came to Plettenberg Area few months back. My 2-Year-old son was with me in Checkers and he was in my shopping trolly enjoying singing and chatting being busy as a child would do. I had to turn my face to ask butchery staff a question. all of a sudden, I see a security guy shaking my son by lifting him up. My son immediately started crying and I had to leave the area immediately as he is traumatized now with this stranger shaking him. I reported to the security team-leader, and he reported to manager, the security apologized however the manager just passing the buck said it is not his staff and he will get back to me. I sent a follow up e-mail nothing happened.

few days ago, we bought cheese along with other items, all we got is complimentary bread of compensation. yesterday my wife ordered an Oreo cake online 60/60, all we got is a cake of sweet cream full of sugar. we are very disappointed with this service at this checkers. we would like others to know that service is not so great, and their products are going from bad to worst.
