Theft inside a shop!!!

Pickpocketed Inside the Shop!!!!!

It is indeed that we are on our own, the safety of customers is compromised with securities on-site. I was shopping at Checkers Tambotie Mall on the 25/08/2025 around 18:10 when 3 ladies surrounded me and acted weird around me. Only to distract me so they can ***** my phone and bank cards inside my pockets. My instinct kicked in and I searched my pockets to realize that my things have been ****** from me. I quickly acted and ran after one of ladies, fortunately that was the one who was holding my belongings. I confronted her and she confessed to *****ing my phone with her other accomplices, out of bravery I held her and looked for the other lady who was still inside the shop. Called out the securities to assist with the situation, all of this happened in front of my 8year old daughter who is still traumatized by all of this. One of the ladies managed to run, but atleast those two admitted to be shoplifters and doing petty theft for a leaving.
