Theft case

I bought a doll at Toy Kingdom that cost R499.99 on the 27 December 2023 time 18h50 .Then I went to Checkers hyper Menlyn at 19h15 pm I had my cocomelon bedtime JJ doll . I left my two trolleys with the security guy name George Phetla . When I left the store my doll wasn't there and I asked the manager to check the footage for me and he denied. On the 28 December 2023 I went back to Checkers Hyper Menlyn and I found the manager Refilwe and she also denied to check too . She said I must open a case . I went open the case a Brooklyn Police Station 28 December 2023 Can please advise asap . Hope to hear from you soon .
