theft at the store

on the 28th July around 18:20 i went to checkers to buy groceries, when i got in the shop i checked my phone for time and put it back in my jacket ,then started shopping, and then after a while wanting to check if my kids were still ok with my sister..when i put my hands in my pocket the phone had dissappeared and i decided to go check in then car then i went to my sister s place and asked her to call me but it was already on voicemail..then went back to checkers this time leaving the kids with my sister in the car ,spoke to Jerry and Janine and they said there was nothing they could do and that the security could only see me coming towards the tills from fruit and vege section..and when i checked i found that they dont have cameras in the isles but 2 at the tills and we were 2 whos phones had been ****** that day ,,,then i had to go to the police station and call insurance and pay access for something checkers could prevent,the worst is that who ever *****s knows that there are no cameras in the isles .
