The worst service ever

I am very disappointed with the way everyone handle my query, I called 04/02/2021 to notify Checkers that I saw a product at R229 online and I could not buy it online then decided to go to the store, I am getting ****ed typing this has I have been telling the staff members who have not been helpful at all. My friend (2) and I went to Checkers at Horizon View & Wilro gate only to find out that the price is different and there was no stock in the fridge, then I decided to send an online query and call the customer care to inform them about this, they confirmed that it was incorrect pricing and they apologized, I specifically said an apology is not enough cause of the inconvenienced that I experienced. A manager called me and apologised and arranged that will pay that 3 items with the incorrect pricing that was done online. She told me that I can go back to Horizon anytime (curfew not considered) to collect and pay for the items. On 10/02/2021 we drove all the way from Kagiso(1754) to Horizon (1724) for nothing and a whole lot of disappointment and excuses. I must say that the manager was very polite and went an extra mile to look for a store that has stock, she could not get any store that had stock, then I left.I then received a call from the manage at Horizon and advised that I should go to Randfontein. I called Randfontein requested to speak to the manager and told him that I will be at the store after 17:00. I arrived there at 17:30 with my friend, no assistance, taken from pillar to post. we left the store at 19:30. Manager escalated to his manager, one manager was not willing to speak to us and the other one promised to resolve it in the morning, received a call the next morning from the manager and he told me that he will only sell us 1 item, was very ****ed cause I came with my 2 friends. we went to the store for 3 items and they were willing to give us 1. which was *********. How will my friends feel? I rejected then contacted the customer care, requested for a manager to contact me, very rude and personal employee contacted me and promised to come back with feedback still waiting till this day. I hope this will be resolved and no one will contact me just to explain the same story over and over again.
