The worst service ever

What a horrible way to end a year.i was iltreated at checkers lephalale mall. One of the cashier by the name Mpho told me why didn't I go to PnP as they also want to rest.she said I am overloading them with work in front of her manager makofane... I approached the manager on the spot and all he said was, "I am sorry I didn't hear anything, enjoy your new years eve". I am not going to checkers anymore. I am still shocked. This happened an hour ago.
