The sweetest watermelon

On Sunday, I was passing through Rondebosch and bought a watermelon from Checkers at the Riverside Mall. However, on cutting it open on Monday it was clearly not fresh. I phoned Checkers in Rondebosch and was assisted by Michaela, who was extremely helpful. As I am without a car this week, she arranged with Checkers in Sea Point to replace the watermelon. There I was assisted by the admin manager named Donovan, who was extremely helpful. Not only did he take me to select a fresh watermelon, but because I was without transport, he very kindly delivered the watermelon himself. I have just sliced the watermelon and it is sweet and delicious. Thank you all so much. I was also called by Julius from the customer care line to follow up. Thank you to Michaela, Julius and particularly Donovan for going the extra mile for me as your customer. You are a credit to your organisation. This is the kind of customer service that makes Checkers a wonderful store to shop in. Thank you Checkers for hiring such fantastic staff!
