THE STORE ASSISTANT REFUSED TO SELL ME A PIE

<p>On Thursday I visited Checkers supermarket at Mahikeng Mall around 18H00. Around that time I know that the confectionery price is reduced, to clear stock for the following day. By the time I got to the bakkery section the price was not changed yet, the lady who was assisting me went to check with the manager how far he was with the price change, she found me patiently waiting for her. I stood there for almost 20 minutes. </p> <p>After such a long wait they managed to change the prices, Then I selected the flavours I wanted, the lady blatantly refused to sell me what I was asking for, saying "she is keeping them for someone else" How......... Is this how they operate at checkers? one can actually book food and collect them later. It is really a strange practice. She wanted to give me the pie I didn't choose I told her to keep them. I needed to buy about 8 pies for my kids lunch box, due to this womans unrully behaviour I had to make another plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next time I will book in advance, to avoid dissapointments.</p>
