The service at Checkers Rondebosch is appalling

Well done on an excellent renovation project – the shop looks amazing. However, the service is not up to standard at all. Fellow customers and I were complaining to each other about the amount of time it takes waiting in the queue.

We were in the express line, but stood there for 20 to 30 minutes. It was around lunchtime, which I assume is one of the busiest times. Why was there only one cashier available? The "main queue" was snaking around the corner.

I think this needs to be reviewed. I have seen many customers walking out of the store out of pure frustration. I, myself, have done so a couple of times.

Please up the standard of service to match the excellent physical store.
