The Rude manager at Checkers Roodepoort

I've continued to have the worst interaction with the store manager at 14th avenue checkers Roodepoort, I love the store and the staff is usually so upbeat when he seems not to be around. If he is not aggressively shouting at his staff telling them he is Going to ****en fire them he is having screaming matches with customers. I've yet to hear a good word about him. Whenever I ask the staff about him, they all call him a bully but none seem to want to speak up at fear of being isolated, bul**** further or in his words ''****en fired" Is this the work environment that employees need to be subjected to for the Shoprite company to thrive?
